Welcome to MeetYourDeals (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our platform, services, forms, or communicating with us via email or social media, you (“you”, “user”, “brand”, or “creator”) agree to the following terms.

1. Platform Overview

MeetYourDeals is a platform that connects Indian content creators with trusted brands for paid collaborations. We act as a third-party facilitator to help both parties find, finalize, and execute collaborations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use our platform.

3. Commission Structure

• MeetYourDeals operates on a success-based model.

• We charge a small commission (usually 12.5%) from the brand's total payment, only after a collaboration is finalized and completed.

• This fee supports our services, moderation, and continued platform development.

  
  

4. No Upfront Payments

There are no charges to sign up, join, or be listed on MeetYourDeals as a creator or brand.
We only charge after a collaboration is confirmed and paid.

5. Bypassing Policy

To maintain fairness:

• Creators and brands agree not to bypass MeetYourDeals for direct deals after being introduced through us.

• If a creator or brand attempts to bypass, we reserve the right to permanently blacklist them from the platform.

  
  

6. Payments & Transfers

• All collaboration payments are processed through MeetYourDeals.

• Brands send full payment to us. After the creator delivers the promised work, 87.5% of the total amount is transferred to the creator, and we retain 12.5% commission as platform fee.

• This ensures transparency and protects both parties.

7. Confidentiality

Any private information shared (e.g. email, phone number, campaign details) is stored securely and not shared or sold to any third-party without consent.

8. Dispute Handling

In the rare case of a dispute between a brand and creator:

• MeetYourDeals will step in as a neutral mediator to understand the issue and assist both parties.

• However, we are not legally liable for performance failures, false claims, or misrepresentation by either party.

  
  

9. Content Responsibility

• Creators are solely responsible for the originality and compliance of their content.

• Brands must ensure that their product/service does not violate any advertising, copyright, or legal guidelines.

  
  

10. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any brand or creator from the platform at any time for misconduct, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
